Terms of Service

Manifestation List is run by JP AI LAB LLC ("we"). You can use the free plan for as long as you like. Paid plans renew every year until you cancel. Your lists stay yours. The app helps you write and keep your intentions; it doesn't promise any particular result.

You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services in your country if that is higher. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens in your account. Please give us a working email address so you can recover it.

The Free plan costs nothing. The Individual and Family plans are billed once a year, in advance, at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Taxes may be added where they apply.

Paid plans renew automatically each year until you cancel. If a price changes, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects your renewal.

On the web, payments are handled by our payment provider. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store, Apple handles your billing, renewals and refunds under its own terms.

The Family plan covers you and up to 4 people you invite. Each member has their own lists. Lists you release can appear to your family members, except categories and items you mark as private. If the plan ends, everyone in the family loses Family access.

You can cancel at any time. Web subscriptions are cancelled from your account; App Store subscriptions from your Apple account settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for, then moves to the Free plan. We don't give partial refunds, except where the law requires it or if we fail to provide the service for a sustained period. Write to us and we'll look at any problem fairly.

What you write belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it to you, and process it to provide the features you use, including AI polish when you ask for it. Our privacy page explains how this works. Please don't use the service for anything illegal or to harm others.

AI suggestions can be imperfect, so read them before you keep them. Manifestation List is for personal reflection and goal-setting. It isn't medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and we don't promise that anything you write will come true.

Don't try to break, scrape or overload the service, get around plan limits, or access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do. Daily limits, such as the AI polish limit shown on the pricing page, keep the service working for everyone.

We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

We may update these terms or change features. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. If we ever end the service, we'll give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of any web subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Write to hello@manifestationlist.com.
